We have conducted preliminary preparation for participation in the courses. Each teacher prepared materials to present their work, the school and good practice. On the eTwinning platform, we organized a project with the participation of colleagues from four countries, where each of the teachers presented their participation in the project - preliminary preparation, carrying out the mobility, application of the learned work and dissemination of the results. The results of the trainings were directly reflected in the learning process - lesson planning, classroom management. The new knowledge helped to build a more modern, dynamic, engaged and professional environment.
