Taking into account the experience of the COVID19 crisis, during which technologies are used on an unprecedented scale, it is necessary to adapt education and training systems suitable for the digital age. The requirements for teachers to improve make lifelong learning and mobility a reality. In accordance with the school development strategy 2021-2024,the emphasis is on increasing the level of foreign language training, mastering and application of innovative information technologies, job security in the online environment, media literacy and critical thinking, and proactive civic education. There is an obvious need for more comprehensive multidisciplinary training and activities in which science, technology, engineering and mathematics are linked to the arts in a broader sense(STEAM).The implementation of an effective educational process requires staff with appropriate qualifications. Teachers' participation in the Erasmus+ programme gives us this opportunity and opens up European horizon.
